We are seeking an experienced and highly organised Data & Insights Administrator (0.6 FTE - negotiable) to join our Philanthropy & Communications Team. This new part-time role is ideally based at our Launceston headquarters, with hybrid and remote working arrangements by negotiation.
Reporting to the Philanthropy & Communications Manager, you will be responsible for the administration and optimisation of Raiser's Edge NXT, ensuring high-quality fundraising data, reporting and insights that support donor engagement, fundraising growth and informed decision-making.
Key Responsibilities
- Administer and optimise Raiser's Edge NXT and associated fundraising systems.
- Maintain high standards of donor and supporter data quality, integrity and governance.
- Produce reports, dashboards and insights to support fundraising, communications and engagement activities.
- Develop audience segmentation and campaign selections to strengthen supporter engagement and fundraising outcomes.
- Identify and implement improvements to systems, workflows and reporting processes.
- Support organisational data initiatives and integration across key business systems.
- Provide training, guidance and support to CRM users across the organisation.
About You
You will bring demonstrated experience in CRM or database administration, ideally in a fundraising, membership, customer engagement or not-for-profit environment. Experience with Raiser's Edge NXT will be highly regarded.
You will also have:
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Advanced Excel and reporting capability.
- Exceptional attention to detail and commitment to data accuracy.
- The ability to convert data into meaningful insights and recommendations.
- Strong communication and stakeholder engagement skills.
- A collaborative approach and passion for continuous improvement.
