Here at the Royal Flying Doctor Service in Western Australia, we never cease to be struck by the generosity and creativity of our fundraisers. Topdrill's latest activation of a drill-a-thon is one of them!

Hats off to our friends over at Topdrill Mineral and Water Exploration who developed a Topdrill Flying Doc Drill-a-thon to raise funds in support of Flying Doctor Day.

Every metre drilled during the 24-hour event held on Flying Doctor Day, Monday 17 May, resulted in a donation to the WA Flying Doctor.

All 25 Topdrill rigs were involved in the event which raised a $11,382 which was then doubled by our matched giving partners.

On behalf of our patients and crews across Western Australia, thank you Topdrill and everyone involved in this fantastic fundraiser!

The RFDS is proud to have provide an essential 'mantle of safety' to mine site workers and their families living in remote and regional Western Australia.
