Senior Donor Services Coordinator
We have an exciting opportunity for a Senior Donor Service Coordinator to join the RFDS WO Community Relations Team. Reporting to the Head of Fundraising and Philanthropy, this role will be responsible for providing the end-to-end service and care for RFDS WO donors and supporters.

About the Role
- Liaise with donors and provide excellent donor acknowledgement and care via email, telephone, online and mail
- Ensure donations from all payment platforms are processed and reconciled daily and receipts are issued promptly and accurately
- Respond to, or coordinate responses arising from donor feedback and enquiries to action appropriate continuous improvement, reporting and actions
- Oversee and regularly conduct banking of all funds received
- Monitor all RFDS WO payment platforms to ensure they are secure, operational and fit for purpose
- Provide reports and insights to inform successful fundraising appeals, data segmentation and other fundraising activities
- Coordinate RFDS WO Regular Giving Program with agreed annual fundraising targets and budgeted expenditure
- Develop and maintain appropriate guidelines and procedures for all donor services, financial management and regular giving requirements
- Process invoices and make payments for the team
- General administration support for the team
- Supervise the Donor Services Coordinator
About You
As the Senior Donor Service Coordinator, you will be a positive and passionate individual, who thrives working and collaborating within a team. You will be organised and able to self-manage working in a multi-task and fast-paced environment, whilst maintaining high standards of accuracy and attention to detail.
To be successful in this role you will have a sound understanding of donor services, donor management, segmentation and record keeping, ensuring data accuracy and best practice donor services and care. You will have excellent interpersonal skills and will be able to build relationships with a diverse range of stakeholders.
Furthermore, you will have excellent financial literacy and advanced CRM and database management skills. Previous experience with Raiser’s Edge NXT, data management, donor stewardship activities, fundraising appeals and/or regular giving programs will be highly advantageous.
