Senior Base Nurse (Port Hedland)

Applications are invited from suitable qualified and experienced Flight Nurses for the role of Senior Base Nurse, based in Port Hedland.
This position will be for a period of 2 years

REQUIREMENTS

Essential and Desirable

1. General and midwifery qualifications eligible for registration with AHPRA
2. Significant relevant post graduate experience including qualifications and/or experience in emergency nursing/critical care; obstetrics, paediatrics/ neonates.
3. Ability to influence ownership and achievements against the company Strategic Directions and Core Values.
4. Demonstrated leadership achievements in the management of a Nursing team and the systems that enable them to achieve clinical and strategic objectives.
5. Proven ability to develop, implement and evaluate policy and quality initiatives.
6. Effective communication and education/coaching skills.
7. Knowledge of OSH legislative and other compliance parameters associated with Aeromedical health services.
8. Post graduate qualifications in business management, leadership (Desirable)
9. Educational qualifications and/or experience.
