Reporting to the Senior People and Culture Business Partner, this role is responsible for partnering with people leaders to support all facets of the employee lifecycle with a strong focus on talent acquisition. This role will be primarily responsible for supporting the clinical area of the business which includes, but not limited to doctors, nurses and clinical governance. Whilst this is a full time role, consideration will be given to applicants seeking part time employment on a four day week or nine day fortnight basis.

About the role


Oversee end-to-end recruitment and selection processes
Develop, implement and maintain talent attraction strategies for difficult to fill roles
Support line managers through all facets of the employee lifecycle
Provide support as required in relation to employee relations matters
Support line managers as required in relation to performance management, disputes, grievances and investigations
Provide day to day support to clinical team members on people related matters
Involvement in People and Culture department projects as required

About you

At least 5 years relevant experience in a similar role including a strong focus on talent acquisition
Proven skills in coaching, communicating and influencing
Experience in effective performance counselling, conflict resolution and management of disciplinary processes and workplace investigations
Demonstrated ability to foster and lead organisational change
Superior communication skills, both written and verbal
Strong commercial and financial acumen
Strong analytical and problem solving skills
Tertiary degree or higher qualification in a relevant discipline
Previous experience in working in a healthcare environment will be considered highly advantageous
