The Royal Flying Doctor Service (RFDS) has an outstanding history of excellence in aero-medical and primary health care across Australia. Reporting to the People and Culture Manager, this role is responsible for partnering with people leaders to support all facets of the employee lifecycle. This role will be primarily responsible for supporting the clinical area of the business which includes, but not limited to doctors, nurses and clinical governance. Whilst this is a full time role, consideration will be given to applicants seeking part time employment on a four day week or nine day fortnight basis.
Key Responsibilities
Building relationships and provide support to our leaders and people in all things People and Culture
Engage in end-to-end recruitment and selection processes
Develop, implement and maintain talent attraction strategies for difficult to fill roles
Support and guide our leaders and people in performance optimisation and employee relations matters
Provide day to day support to clinical team members on people related matters
Involvement in People and Culture department projects
We are seeking an experienced professional who can demonstrate the following
Experience in a similar role with proven skills in coaching, communicating and influencing
Understanding and utilisation of contemporary and effective performance optimisation strategies
Practiced constructive engagement with leaders to support bringing the best out in their people
Ability to foster and lead cultural adjustment and organisational change
Exceptional communication skills, with strong analytical and problem-solving skills
Tertiary degree or higher qualification in a relevant discipline
Previous experience in working in a healthcare environment will be considered highly advantageous
