Network Lead (Rostering and Resource Planner)

An exciting opportunity is available in this newly created position to assist Australia's most trusted charity to deliver exceptional health services across the state. If you have a background in Aviation, scheduling, logistics, or workforce planning, this may be the perfect role for you!
As the Network Lead you will be working closely with our operational leaders and teams to develop, implement and manage rosters which ensure the availability of our crews 24 hours, 7 days a week. You will be actively involved in workforce planning processes, ensuring that our leaders have the right information at the right time to determine our people requirements into the future.
You will have exceptional analytical skills, be clear and confident in your delivery, while balancing the needs of our employees and our health service delivery targets.
To be considered you must have:
- Relevant tertiary qualification or equivalent experience
- Proven analytical skills and an ability to develop and implement business operational solutions in a complex environment
- Strong commercial acumen
- Exceptional data analysis and reporting skills
- Excellent computer skills
- Exceptional verbal and written communication and persuasion skills
