Learning & Development Coordinator

RFDS Western Operations (WO) has an opportunity for a Learning & Development Coordinator (or recent Graduate) to join the Learning & Development function at our Jandakot Base supporting the delivery of initiatives across the organisation.
The Role
The People & Culture team is highly regarded at RFDS-WO, working hand in hand with organisational leaders to deliver on our vision and strategy with a strong focus on using people insights to define and drive actionable results. The team is made up of passionate, high-performing and collaborative professionals who focus on coaching, enabling and empowering leaders to promote the most engaging culture.
The Learning & Development Coordinator will play a key role to:
- Support the L&D function with enhancements of learning, leadership and culture programs
- Assist with the on boarding journey of new hires, including communications, scheduling induction webinars and facilitating sessions
- Coordinate the distribution of online assessment reports
- Work collaboratively with the team on learning design and assist in the curation & promotion of learning content as well as the production and rollout of eLearning modules
- Co-ordinate the LMS (SAP Litmos) to ensure learning is accessible
- Enhance the L&D intranet site to encourage self-service and a positive user experience
- Assess the quality of training and delivery, reporting outcomes and progress
- Inbox administration / email management
To be successful in this role you will ideally have:
- Qualification in or working towards HR, Adult Learning or Organisational Development
- Demonstrated understanding of collection and reporting of metrics
- Proficient in all Microsoft Office programs
- Demonstrated ability to present and communicate information relevant to audience need
