Learning & Development Business Partner

RFDS Western Operations (WO) has an opportunity for a Learning & Development Business Partner to join the Workforce Development Team at our Jandakot Base supporting the delivery of initiatives across the organisation.
The Role
The People & Culture function is highly regarded at RFDS-WO, working hand in hand with organisational leaders to deliver on our vision and strategy with a strong focus on using people insights to define and drive actionable results.
The Learning & Development Business Partner will play a key role:
- In partnership with the Manager Workforce Optimisation, design and develop people development, employee experience, diversity and inclusion and learning and development programs
- Partner with the P&C team to identify, develop, deliver and imbed workforce development programs to address current and emerging workforce needs;
- Assist leaders with understanding best-practice learning and development approaches
- Build appropriate programs and tools that enable learning, development and growth, and are relevant for various audiences (including blended learning programs, online learning, face to face workshops etc).
- Lead cultural transformation initiatives
- Leadership development and coaching support including the use of Human Synergistics Culture and Leadership tools
To be successful in this role you will ideally have:
- Tertiary degree or higher qualification in a relevant discipline
- Certificate IV in Workplace Training and Assessment or similar qualification
- Demonstrated ability to foster and lead organisational change
- Proven experience at developing strong working relationships
- Experience with creating modern eLearning content and blended learning activities
- LMS knowledge
- Proficiency In Articulate 360 authoring tools
- Proficiency in SAP Litmos
