About the opportunity
We are seeking an Investor Relations Manager who will identify, engage and convert major gift donors to ensure that the RFDS has access to a sustainable capital corpus to continue and grow its operations, while also providing existing and major gift donors with an exceptional and authentic service experience.

What do you need?
Along with prior fundraising experience, you'll find that a stellar interpersonal manner stands you in excellent stead, as will those excellent communication skills, both written and verbal. Your knowledge of industry policies and procedures, finance acumen and organisational skills will prove instrumental - as, of course, will your knowledge of us and what we do. You'll need to be able to engage prospective donors with our story and encourage them to be part of our future chapters.
