One of Australia’s most loved and iconic charities is looking for a Donor Care Coordinator to join the Royal Flying Doctor Service’s Communications and Giving Team at our Jandakot offices.

About you

You will provide excellent service and care for our valued donors, enjoy engaging with the community and have a sharp eye for detail when processing donations and managing donor records. You’ll have recent experience of CRM systems, a good understanding of donor management and a love for great customer service.

The role

This is a fixed term contract either full time or part time (0.8 FTE) in place until the end of 2021, with a possibility of an extension. In collaboration with the wider team, the role responsibilities include:

Liaising with donors, providing excellent donor care
Responding to feedback and enquiries
Quality improvement initiatives
Providing support during peak campaign periods
Working with our team databases
Gift donations, reconciliations and banking
Maintaining donor information and records
Other Communications and Giving projects
Support for reception
