RFDS Western Operations has an opportunity for a Cultural Advisor - Diversity & Inclusion to join the People & Culture Team at our Jandakot Base supporting the delivery of initiatives across our organisation.
The Role
Our People & Culture team is highly regarded at RFDS-WO, working hand in hand with organisational leaders to deliver on our vision and strategy with a strong focus on using people insights to define and drive actionable results.
The team is made up of passionate, high-performing and collaborative professionals who focus on coaching, enabling and empowering leaders to promote the most engaging culture.
The Cultural Advisor - Diversity & Inclusion will play a key role to:
- Design and deliver end to end projects aligned to Aboriginal and Torres Strait Islander inclusion
- Work closely with our People & Culture team to design bespoke solutions across the employee lifecycle (attract, recruit, develop, retain)
- Provide SME guidance to internal RAP working group
To be successful in this role you will ideally have:
- Previous experience in a similar role such as RAP delivery, Diversity & Inclusion, Organisational Development or Human Resources
- Experience working with Aboriginal and Torres Strait Islander communities and partners
- Ability to influence and engage all levels of stakeholders, including external vendors, consultants, and community partners

- Part time employment at either 0.4 or 0.6 FTE
