RFDS has an exciting and rare opportunity for an energetic, self-motivated individual to support the coordination of administration within Clinical Services. This is a part-time (0.8FTE), permanent role working within a busy administration team playing an integral role in supporting a wide range of administrative functions.

Key responsibilities:

Processing invoices for medical services, including travel and accommodation
Providing support for studies, audits, reports and other initiatives in medical services
Purchasing equipment and flight transfer stationery: obtaining quotes, raising purchase orders, liaison with bases and processing invoices
Assistance with the development, review and maintenance of clinical policy documents and manuals, including clinical and aviation manuals
Researching and reporting on compliance and governance matters
Managing efficient filing processes and timely, accurate document management

Candidate criteria:

Superior administration skills in word processing, Excel spreadsheets, reports and compiling presentations
Excellent organisational and time management skills
Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
Ability to work independently
Candidates with exposure to clinical practices and/or medical services in an administrative capacity will be highly regarded.
