Clinical Administration Assistant
The Royal Flying Doctor Service Western Operations (RFDS WO) has an outstanding history of service and excellence in aeromedical and primary health care across Western Australia. We are currently seeking a Clinical Administration Assistant working three days a week for a period of three months, with potential permanency. Working at the Jandakot base the ideal candidate will have the passion and drive to hit the ground running in a busy team environment.
About you
- Experience working in a Clinical Administration role
- A team player, who is self-motivated and ready to work!
- Excellent IT skills with experience in Excel and Word
- Experience taking minutes in meetings
- The ability to adapt to internal databases and pick up new skills easily
- A strong ability to prioritise tasks, with the ability to meet tight deadlines
- The ability to adapt to change in a fast-paced environment and the flexibility to move from one task to another with short notice
- A keen problem solver and happy to point out ways to improve efficiencies
- Proactive, positive and willing to support others!
About the role
- General administrative support to the medical team
- Setting up VC meetings and arranging in person meetings including catering
- Minute taking and agenda setting
- Purchasing and invoicing
- Stock control
- Travel booking for department, including liaison with Base Administrators
- Processing medical reports and copies of medical records
- Data Entry
