We are collecting your personal information (including your name, email address, phone number and payment card details) so we can fulfill your ticket order; record your auction bid; and contact you in the event you are a winner.
We may have collected information about you from another person who has provided information to us. Otherwise, we will collect information from you directly.
If you do not complete all of the information in this form or provide accurate information, we may not be able to process your ticket order or auction bid.
We may need to disclose your personal information to payment processors; our service providers in connection with the administration of the raffle(s) and the auction (including Galabid Operations Pty Ltd); if required by law; or in the case of emergencies.
RFDS SA/NT has a Privacy Policy, which sets out how you can access information we hold, how we deal with information, and how you can correct the record or complain about how we have used your information or dealt with a complaint.

We don’t routinely disclose personal information overseas. If this becomes necessary, we will take reasonable steps to ensure that your information is protected in accordance with Australian privacy laws.
