We meet the Australian Charities and Not-for-profits Commission (ACNC) Governance Standards as a registered charity with the ACNC.

- While RFDS SA/NT does receive Federal and State Government funding, we rely heavily on the support of our community to bridge the gap in operational funding. This includes funding and medical fit out of new aircraft.
- Unless you advise otherwise, you will receive updates on how RFDS SA/NT are helping the community and saving lives via our various communications including our AirDoctor magazine that is available in print or online.
- Our Financial Reports are easily accessible via our website.

We will send Supporter Surveys regularly that give you and others a chance to have your say, and we use this feedback to continually improve how we communicate and raise vital funds to keep the Flying Doctor flying. Our Supporter Care team is available to answer any questions or receive any feedback regarding our fundraising activities.
