An exciting opportunity exists to join our team of dedicated Marketing & PR professionals at our Adelaide Base. Working in a fulfilling and rewarding environment, the Volunteer Coordinator assists more than 20 Auxiliary and Support Groups, incorporating in excess of 950 volunteers, in achieving their fundraising targets and raising RFDS’ public profile.

We seek a self-motivated, outgoing person with the ability to work independently, as well as part of a dynamic team. Demonstrated experience in supporting, motivating and coordinating volunteer groups is essential. A tertiary qualification in Volunteer Management is highly desirable, though qualifications in Behavioural Sciences or Fundraising will be considered. A flexible attitude towards working schedules is essential, including overnight travel to regional areas and some weekend work.
