About the RFDS (Central Operations)
Working with the Royal Flying Doctor Service, Central Operations (RFDSCO) you will join a team of dedicated professionals, supporting and providing aeromedical and primary health care services to people in remote, rural and regional locations across South Australia (SA) and the Northern Territory (NT). As we head toward our 100th year of providing services, we are focused on becoming more specialised, more innovative, and a better-connected health service provider.
About this Opportunity
Reporting to the Manager People and Capability, the Talent Acquisition Partner will collaborate with People and Culture Business Partners and leaders across the breadth of our business (including health services, engineering and aviation) to build recruitment and talent acquisition strategies.
About You
You will be an experienced talent acquisition professional with at least 5 years solid end to end recruitment experience across a range of disciplines. You will demonstrate the ability to influence, partner, and understand the needs of people leaders to devise and lead sourcing strategies to meet current staffing needs and build a pipeline for future roles whilst maintaining a quality candidate experience and championing our brand.
You will also have strong relationship building and communication skills at all levels along with a customer service focus. A dynamic professional, you will evidence planning, prioritising and a continuous improvement focus, show initiative and the ability to navigate through change and deliver results.
Experience in health, engineering or aviation and behavioural style interviewing would be an advantage but are not essential, as is experience with the Taleo recruitment system.
