About this Opportunity
Reporting to the Executive General Manager, People and Culture, the Talent Acquisition Partner will collaborate with People and Culture Business Partners and leaders across the breadth of our business (including health services, engineering and aviation) to build recruitment and talent acquisition strategies.
About You
You will be an experienced Talent Acquisition Partner. You will demonstrate the ability to influence, partner, and understand the needs of people leaders to devise and lead sourcing strategies to meet current staffing needs and build a pipeline for future roles whilst maintaining a quality candidate experience and championing our brand.
You will also have strong relationship building and communication skills at all levels along with a customer service focus. A dynamic professional, you will evidence planning, prioritising and a continuous improvement focus, show initiative and the ability to navigate through change and deliver results.
Experience in health, engineering or aviation, and behavioural style interviewing would be an advantage but are not essential, as is experience with the Taleo (oracle based) recruitment system.
