About the Opportunity


Reporting to the Executive General Manager, Health Services Development & Clinical Governance, the Senior Health Projects Manager is responsible for leading dedicated project work to meet the continuous quality improvement needs of health services across RFDS CO. In consultation with the health workforce and other key stakeholders you will focus on procedure and clinical guidelines development to support Clinical Governance and strengthen compliance with the National Safety and Quality Health Service Standards.

About You

You will possess a track record in health service project management with demonstrated experience working across teams of health professionals. Your knowledge and experience in undertaking service development activities by applying a quality improvement approach is essential. You will be a confident self-motivated professional with strong interpersonal skills and a can-do attitude towards challenging deadlines.
