Senior Health Program Advisor

The RFDS Central Operations is seeking an experienced and motivated Senior Health Program Advisor. The primary function of this role is to work with our respective Program Teams and Primary Health Care Team to ensure the effective and efficient delivery of RFDS Central Operations Health Programs.

To be successful in this role you will need:

• Relevant tertiary qualifications in Health, Health Administration or Social Science.
• Knowledge and / or experience of the primary health care environment.
• Highly developed interpersonal skills, including ability to network and liaise with a range of people and organisations at different professional levels and across health sectors.
• Highly developed problem solving skills.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Demonstrated experience working in planning, development and or implementation of programs and or services within the health arena.

You will have significant experience managing multi-faceted programs and be passionate about service delivery. You will be adept at research and data analysis that will assist in strategy development and review.
