About this Opportunity

Reporting to the Manager, People and Culture this role is responsible for working closely with the P&C Business Partner on:
- Human resource administrative functions including recruitment, project and system coordination.
- Supporting the development and implementation of People and Culture initiatives,
- Assisting with the coordination of training and development (including onboarding, induction and mandatory compliance training); and assisting with reporting.

This is a hands-on role working collaboratively with a diverse range of internal and external stakeholders from a range of professional backgrounds.

About You

You have:
- a good working knowledge of end-to-end recruitment;
- on and off-boarding,
- ability to research, collate and interpret data from a variety of sources in order to prepare reports.

You will demonstrate excellent planning, organisational and time management skills, and the ability to work flexibly and autonomously whilst balancing competing priorities and deadlines. A high level of attention to detail and a strong work ethic will be key to your success in the role.

To be considered for the role you require:

This position requires a team player, who is proactive and able to develop relationships with key stakeholders utilising their high level of interpersonal and communication skills.

Tertiary qualifications in a related field, or equivalent experience, along with advanced skills in the Microsoft Office suite, SharePoint, and a HRIS system are essential.
