About this Opportunity
Reporting to the Manager, People and Capability, the People and Culture Coordinator is responsible for human resource administrative functions including recruitment support, back-up payroll, project and system coordination. Responsibilities also include supporting the development and implementation of People and Culture initiatives, assisting with the coordination of training and development (including onboarding, induction and mandatory compliance training), assisting with reporting, and championing our HRIS systems.
This is a hands-on role working collaboratively with a diverse range of internal and external stakeholders from a range of professional backgrounds.
About You
You will possess a good working knowledge of recruitment, onboarding and payroll administration along with the ability to research, collate and interpret data from a variety of sources in order to prepare reports. You will demonstrate excellent planning, organisational and time management skills, and the ability to work flexibly and autonomously whilst balancing competing priorities and deadlines. A high level of attention to detail and a strong work ethic will be key to your success in the role.
This position requires a team player, who is proactive and able to develop relationships with key stakeholders utilising their high level of interpersonal and communication skills.
Tertiary qualifications in a related field, or equivalent experience, along with advanced skills in the Microsoft Office suite, SharePoint, and an HRIS system are essential.
