About this Opportunity

An amazing opportunity for an industrially strong P&C professional to join Australia’s most trusted charity in a business critical and integral position where you will provide high level business partnering service to Senior Managers, Team Leaders and staff for their allocated portfolio on a broad range of issues.

As a People & Culture Business Partner at RFDS, you’ll take ownership of several key business units, building effective partnerships with all levels of leadership to influence their people strategies, whilst collaborating with the broader P&C team to support our organisational wide P&C Strategy. You’ll leverage people metrics, survey data and other insights to help drive employee engagement and experience across your business groups.


About You

Crucial to your success in this role is your ability to contribute to a range of people matters, both reactive and proactive, with tenacity and enthusiasm within a high paced work environment. Your success will come from well-developed generalist experience as a trusted people partner, within a health care, aviation, corporate or professional services environment.

Your P&C experience will span across the whole employee life cycle, including exposure to workforce planning and recruitment, position classification, remuneration and benefits, policy development and review, support of change and organisational development initiatives, performance and employee relations matters, industrial relations support and assisting with the negotiation of enterprise agreements.

You will be a relationship builder who can successfully establish a strong communication bond with the ability to influence, negotiate and have a committed to customer service, internally and externally.
