Working with the Royal Flying Doctor Service, Central Operations (RFDSCO) you will join a team of dedicated professionals, supporting and providing aeromedical and primary health care services to people in remote, rural and regional locations across South Australia (SA) and the Northern Territory (NT). About this Opportunity
The People and Culture (P&C) Business Partner will provide a high-level of P&C partnering service to People Leaders, teams, and employees for their allocated portfolio across the employee life cycle. Reporting to the Manager, People and Capability, the P&C Business Partner will provide professional support to lead our desired culture, drive business-focused solutions and performance to meet strategic goals.
This is a hands-on role working collaboratively with a diverse range of internal and external stakeholders from a range of professional backgrounds.
About You
You will be an experienced P&C Business Partner having developed your skills in complex and multidisciplinary Organisations. You will demonstrate the ability to influence, partner, and coach people leaders to deliver success and develop/maintain a constructive culture. A high level of relationship management experience, and practical experience in employment / industrial relations is essential.
As the ideal candidate, you will also have:
-Tertiary qualifications in Business, HR or a related discipline.
-Experience in implementing HR/OD frameworks, strategies, policies, plans and projects to align people and organisational goals and improve culture and engagement.
-Demonstrated experience in implementing contemporary workforce strategies and programs.
-Experience managing change and the delivery of change management initiatives.
-A positive can-do attitude that sees you striving to problem solve and successfully achieve business objectives.
-The ability to confidently partner and engage with stakeholders and peers at all levels.
-Demonstrate professional, proactive, accurate, efficient, confidential and customer focused advice.
