About this Role
Reporting to the Manager, Organisational Learning and Development, this newly created role within our expanding People and Culture team, is responsible for supporting the implementation of our new Learning Management System. The role is also key to the ongoing support and administration of organisational learning and development systems, strategies and programs that are aligned to RFDS Central Operations strategic objectives.
Working closely with cross functional leaders, who are experts in their fields (e.g. Medical, Dental, Engineering and Pilots) you be responsible for designing and driving programs of work to ensure the successful delivery of OD and people & culture strategies.
About You
Operating with a growth mindset, you are someone who has experience working with learning management systems and creating and storyboarding online content. You will be comfortable to constructively challenge the status quo and demonstrate prior organisational development and change/project management experience. (3+ years as a guide)
Qualifications in Business, OD, Learning & Development, HR or having equivalent relevant experience are essential.
