About this Role
Reporting to the Operations Manager, this role provides administrative support to a multi-disciplinary team at our Port Augusta base. This integral role is responsible for a wide variety of reception and administrative tasks including, but are not limited to:
• Welcoming all clients and visitors to the base by being the first point of contact
• Providing administrative support and facilitation of operational requirements
• Coordination and support for health services
• Data entry and maintenance of data bases
• General office tasks including stationery and office supplies, mail distribution, general record keeping, filing and archiving
About You
To be successful in this role you will have:
• Demonstrated experience providing reception and administrative support
• Outstanding interpersonal skills with a professional, positive attitude
• Accurate data entry skills with an ability to be resourceful and proactive
• Exceptional customer service and organisational skills
• Demonstrated proficiency with MS Office
• Ability to maintain privacy and confidentiality
