About the Role
Reporting to the Operations Manager, this role is responsible for a wide variety of activities to support our flight and clinical operations to keep the Flying Doctor flying. This includes administrative and reception tasks to assist our multi disciplinary team at the Alice Springs base.
Key responsibilities include:
Maintaining the RFDS SA/NT operational data base which provides statistical information on aircraft, crew and patient details.
Production of monthly and annual reports as directed by the Operations Manager
Coordination of aviation charter activity, including preparation of quotes, clinic schedules / times and assistance with arrival and departure of charters
Oversee our Reception and the maintenance of the Base and pool vehicles
Coordination of RFDS SA/NT lease documentation for tenants of RFDS staff accommodation
Assisting to rectify maintenance issues and coordinate repairs with the Facilities Management team
Preparing and coding all receivable / payable invoices for authorisation
About You
To be successful in this role you will have:
Demonstrated experience providing high level reception and administrative support
Outstanding interpersonal skills with a professional, positive attitude
Accurate data entry skills with an ability to be resourceful and proactive
Exceptional customer service and organisational skills
Demonstrated proficiency with MS Office
Ability to maintain privacy and confidentiality
Property management experience is desirable but not essential
