About the Role
Reporting to the Operations Manager- Darwin, this role is responsible for the efficient day to day running of the Darwin Base Charter Operations and associated administrative tasks. This diverse role incorporates a wide variety of customer service and administrative tasks including, but not limited to:
• Flight reporting and coordination of charter operations
• Preparing for departure and arrival of flights
• Maintaining goods inwards and outwards of the hanger
• Liaison with internal and external stakeholders
• Data entry and maintenance of data bases
• General office tasks including general record keeping, invoicing and file management
About You
To be successful in this role you will have:
• Outstanding interpersonal skills with a professional, positive attitude
• Well- developed organisational skills
• Demonstrated proficiency with MS Office
• Ability to maintain privacy and confidentiality
