Operations Support Officer

RFDS Central Operations is seeking an experienced and committed Operations Support Officer, to provide effective and efficient administration support to a multi-disciplinary team.
Reporting to the Senior Operations Support Officer, ideally the successful candidate will have a minimum of five years’ experience in an administration role with the ability to problem solve and think ahead to ensure this busy office runs smoothly and efficiently.
To be successful in this role you must have:
- Proven high quality administrative experience, preferably within a multi-disciplinary team.
- Accurate and efficient database administration skills.
- Professional attitude and appearance.
- A flexible approach to all work tasks.
- Well-developed communication skills to liaise effectively with staff, clients and stakeholders.
- Ability to attain and maintain an Aviation Security Identification Card (ASIC) and Working with Children check (Ochre Card).
