About this Role


Reporting to the Senior Operations Support Officer, this role provides administrative support to a multi-disciplinary team at our Port Augusta base. The role is responsible for a wide variety of administrative tasks including

  • Welcoming all clients and visitors to the base by staffing the reception desk
  • Managing staff travel and accommodation bookings
  • Assisting with monitoring property and equipment condition and organising repairs
  • Data entry and maintenance of data bases
  • General office coordination such as monitoring stocks of stationery and office supplies, sorting and distribution of mail, general record keeping, filing and archiving

About You

To be successful in this role you will have:

  • Demonstrated experience providing reception and administrative support in an office environment
  • Excellent phone manner and accurate data entry skills
  • Exceptional customer service and organisational skills
  • Demonstrated proficiency with Microsoft Office products and general office equipment
  • Ability to maintain privacy and confidentiality and contribute positively to the workplace
