Operations Support Leader

RFDS Central Operations is seeking an experienced and proven leader for the key role of Operations Support Leader to oversee activities at our Alice Springs Base.

Reporting to the General Manager, Northern Territory, this role is responsible for the overall effective administrative management of RFDS services in Alice Springs. This includes health services and facility management. Ideally the successful candidate will have a minimum of three years' experience in a leadership role with the ability to own and resolve issues and think ahead to ensure this busy operational base runs smoothly and efficiently. This role will suit a passionate, energetic and dynamic individual keen to play an integral role in the ongoing success of this iconic operation.

Ability to attain and maintain an Aviation Security Identification Card (ASIC) and Working with Children check (Ochre Card) is essential.
