About this role
Reporting to the Operations Director, make your mark in our newly created role of Operations Manager, Alice Springs as we expand our NT operations. The Operations Manager will have day-to-day operational responsibility of the respective base, facilities, and vehicles to ensure resourcing is at agreed levels to meet service delivery/contract requirements. You will be required to work closely with the Operational, Clinical, Engineering and Aviation teams to lead, develop and manage the delivery of our aeromedical and charter services.
About You
To be successful in this role you will have significant experience leading a multi-disciplinary team (ideally with a rural, remote, regional, and culturally diverse context) delivering services to geographically dispersed locations. You will have capacity to influence, build and manage internal and external relationships, to align resources and achieve agreed objectives.
You will demonstrate experience in the delivery of aeromedical and charter operations, emergency, or health services, influencing and achieving cultural change, and in delivering change management programs.
To be considered for the role, you require tertiary qualifications in Business Management or other relevant disciplines such as Project Management, Health Care, Emergency Service or demonstrated equivalent relevant experience.
