About this Opportunity
Reporting to the Operations Manager, South and Central Australia, this newly created leadership role is integral to enabling the delivery of safe, high quality and efficient services across our footprint and developing collaborative relationships with new and existing stakeholders. With our strategic plan at the forefront, the key responsibilities for the role include:
• Operational Management including the RFDS CO ambulance transport service
• Project Management & Research
• Business Development and Stakeholder Engagement activities
• Development and implementation of significant service delivery initiatives aligned to the RFDS CO Strategic Plan
About You
An astute communicator and a dynamic, efficient and effective manager of human, physical and financial resources you have;
• Experience influencing, building and managing internal and external relationships and coordinating teams with diverse interests to achieve agreed objectives
• Demonstrated ability to work in a multi-functional environment preferably including aviation and/or medical operations
• High quality administrative skills and advanced knowledge and proficiency in contemporary computer software
• Qualifications in Business Development/Project Management and or Healthcare
