About this Opportunity


As part of our dynamic multidisciplinary Primary Health Care Team, the Occupational Therapist provides care for people living in rural and remote areas, in particular populations who are culturally and geographically diverse. Delivering comprehensive assessment, treatment and injury prevention services, the Occupational Therapist assists clients to achieve their individual functional goals.

About You


An AHPRA registered Occupational Therapist with three years’ postgraduate experience, you will have a sound understanding of the impact of medical, social and environmental factors on occupational performance. A passionate advocate for the needs of patients and their networks, you will have experience with diverse caseloads from paediatrics to adults in a range of settings such as Aged Care, remote stations, remote health clinics, and Indigenous and CALD populations. Excellent communication skills, high level clinical documentation skills, and an ability to participate in a multi-disciplinary team are essential.
