About the RFDS (Central Operations)

Working with the Royal Flying Doctor Service, Central Operations (RFDSCO) you will join a team of dedicated professionals, supporting and providing aeromedical and primary health care services to people in remote, rural and regional locations across South Australia (SA) and the Northern Territory (NT).


About this Opportunity


The Manager, Organisational Learning and Development is responsible for leading the development and implementation of organisational learning and development strategies and programs that are aligned to the organisation’s objectives. Reporting to and working closely with the Executive Manager, People and Culture, this is a hands-on and strategic role that will bring to life our leadership and development framework.


About You


You will be a naturally collaborative leader, experienced in leading large projects and engaging with stakeholders at all levels. You will be experienced in influencing, partnering, and coaching people leaders to deliver success and develop/maintain a constructive culture.

As the ideal candidate, you will also have:

-Successful experience developing and implementing organisational development strategies.
-Experience in leading transformational change and leading complex projects.
-A positive can-do attitude that sees you striving to problem solve and successfully achieve business objectives.
-A flair for utilising technology and contemporary methodologies to support the efficient delivering of outcomes.
