About this Opportunity

Reporting directly to the Logistics Team Leader, as the Logistics Controller, you will be responsible for the control of stock purchasing and traceability records for the Alice Springs base and facilitation of all invoice approvals.
We believe our people – all of our people – keep the Royal Flying Doctor Service flying.

Specifically, you will:
- Comply with RFDS Central Operations Ops 44 logistics procedures.
- Ensure the regulatory compliant acquisition, receipt and records keeping of all aeronautical products in support of the Central Operations’ bases.
- Raise repair orders for all U/S parts.
- Follow-up on all open repair orders maintaining expected delivery dates.
- Maintain appropriate Stock levels at the base.
- Facilitate invoices with Finance ensuring all approved as required.
- Work with Finance to streamline invoice processing and interface between WinAir and Finance One.

About You

You are:
- Able to determine priorities and achieve deadlines in a fluid and dynamic environment.
- Equipped with highly developed communication and interpersonal skills.
- Driven to take initiative and work autonomously.

To be considered for the role you require:
- Experience in stock control, management and purchasing systems.
- The ability to develop and maintain relationships across a diverse range of people.
