About this Opportunity


You will join a team of dedicated professionals, providing timely support in person, via phone and remotely, diagnosing and solving IT and equipment related issues for our multi-disciplinary staff located throughout South Australia and Northern Territory. This includes but not limited to, maintaining the network, as well as rolling out new technology, equipment and software, and finding new ways to improve our technical supported procedures throughout our bases and rural and remote locations.

About you


You will hold an IT or Computing Qualification (Bachelor or similar), with a minimum of 2 years of IT practical experience supporting VMware, PC’s / Windows Servers, Remote Desktops, and Mobile devices. Experience working with Citrix is highly advantageous, as well as iPhone / iPad management software. You will possess a high level of communication skill, and the ability to communicate effectively and clearly to a wide range of stakeholders. You will also be able to demonstrate your ability to problem solve and fault-find hardware.
