IT Administrator
Australia's most reputable charity, the Royal Flying Doctor Service (RFDS) provides 24-hour emergency aeromedical and primary health care services to those who live, work and travel in rural and remote Australia.
Reporting to the IT Manager, the person we seek will provide focused IT and Business System Management support, Project Management and ensure Help Desk capabilities are achieved timely and effectively over a number of geographically diverse sites.
Qualifications & Experience:
- Industry qualifications/certifications.
- Comprehensive IT industry experience supporting VMware, Windows Servers, Remote Desktop Services/Citrix in a WAN environment, PCs, Thin Clients and Mobile Devices (minimum 2 years practical experience).
- Understanding of hardware installation and basic fault-finding techniques.
- Experience in managing IT projects to improve efficiencies in technology and processes.
- Customer focused approach to service delivery.
- High level of organization, communication and interpersonal skills.
- A proactive work style with exceptional problem solving skills.
Solid technical skill, a professional approach to work and a strong client focus, will be critical to success in this role.
