About this Opportunity

As the IT Administration Assistant, you will be motivated to administer the information technology processes, procedures and policies across RFDS’ Central Operations! This will include the procurement of IT products and services, maintenance of helpdesk registers, asset registers and change management registers. You will assist in planning for reporting and tracking and support of IT projects. Your contribution will assist in the delivery of IT products and services to meet RFDS developing business needs.

Reporting to the Chief Information Officer, you will work from our Corporate Headquarters based at Adelaide airport.

About You

As a team player, you are committed to the provision of high-level customer service and to the achievement of service delivery timeframes in an IT services environment. You are seeking to utilise your background in procurement/accounts, administration or project coordination to respond to enquiries from various sources regarding technical or process issues surrounding equipment choice, equipment standards or the use of IT asset databases.

You have experience with a variety of desktop hardware and are proficient across the Microsoft suite of products. You are an astute administrator, planner and problem solver with excellent communication skills, and possess a solid background in project reporting and support.
