About this Opportunity


We are currently seeking applications for the position of ICT Administrator. Reporting to the Manager, Information Technology, you will work from our Corporate Headquarters based at Adelaide airport.

The ICT Administrator is responsible for administering the information technology processes, procedures and policies including the procurement of IT products and services, maintenance of helpdesk registers, asset registers and change management registers. The position aids in planning for reporting, tracking and support of IT projects, thereby assisting projects to deliver IT products and services to meet RFDS business needs

About You


A team player, you are committed to the provision of high-level customer service and to the achievement of service delivery timeframes. With a background in procurement, you can demonstrate experience responding to enquiries from various sources regarding technical or process issues surrounding equipment choice, equipment standards or the use of IT asset databases.

You have experience with a variety of desktop hardware and are proficient across the Microsoft suite of products. You are an astute administrator, planner and problem solver with excellent communication skills, and a solid background in project reporting and support.
