About the role


This exciting new role, reporting to the Head of Flight Operations, is responsible for the provision of high quality and efficient administrative support to the Flight Operations team. Responsibilities include assisting to document updates, and publish Flight Operations Manuals; diary management; travel and accommodation bookings; and maintaining pilot competency records. The role will also assist to ensure all pilots and cabin safety trained staff are current and liaise with stakeholders to ensure timely rostering of checks.

About You


To be successful in this role you will have similar experience in an administrative role with the ability to manage competing demands while maintaining quality.

You will be:

Proficient in Word, Excel, Outlook, and PowerPoint at an intermediate to advanced level;
Capable of investigating, collating, analysing and presenting statistical data
Flexible and autonomous and demonstrate excellent planning, organisational and time management skills whilst maintaining attention to detail
Resourceful and use your initiative to identify tasks and priorities;
Able to identify areas for continuous improvement and develop appropriate solutions that meet business needs; and
Approachable with a genuine commitment to quality customer service.

Experience in a similar role in the aviation industry is an advantage but not essential, as is knowledge of the Air Maestro software.
