About this Opportunity
Reporting directly to the Senior Facilities Manager, as the Facilities Coordinator, you will be responsible for supporting the facilities management function at RFDS SA/NT. The role will support and coordinate the day-to-day facilities management of all infrastructure including bases, clinics, accommodation, and vehicle fleet maintenance.

Specifically, you will:
• Support the Senior Facilities Manager to organise the day to day issues associated with RFDS SA/NT facilities, including co-ordination of repairs and maintenance to buildings, plant and equipment.
• Oversee the Computerised Maintenance Management System (CMMS),and contribute to enhancements of the system.
• Respond to all facility related work requests lodged by RFDS Stakeholders or Contractors via the CMMS (or other notification mechanisms).
• Support the Senior Facilities Manager as required in coordination of projects such as new sites, defects liability period (DLP) and building works for existing sites.
• Maintain fixed asset systems, registers and databases.
• Supervise and monitor contractor performance against contractual requirements and relevant standards, including time/cost constraints.
About You
You are:
• An experienced facilities coordinator or project manager with strong administrative and organisational skills.
• An astute communicator with excellent IT skills.
• Able to develop and implement maintenance and servicing schedules/systems
• Experienced in contract management process and coordination.
• A natural multi-tasker and a true team player with outstanding relationship building skills.
To be considered for the role you require:
• Project Management experience and/or knowledge.
• Contract Management experience.
• Administration experience and/or knowledge.
