About the Opportunity
This is an exciting time to join us in the newly created role of Executive Project Assistant as you will have a unique opportunity to support the development and achievement of our strategic goals. As the Executive Project Assistant, you will be responsible for providing high-quality, confidential, administrative and project management support and advice to the Executive General Manager, Operations and the Executive General Manager, People and Culture.
About You
To be successful in this role you will have significant experience in a similar role with the ability to manage competing demands and multiple projects while maintaining quality. You will skilfully maintain effective working relationships with key stakeholders at all levels to ensure the smooth and timely delivery of business priorities. You will be:
• Proficient in Word, Excel, Outlook, and PowerPoint at an intermediate to advanced level;
• Capable of analysing data and presenting it in graphical form and/or summarising for specific audiences/reports;
• Resourceful and use your initiative to identify tasks and priorities;
• Able to identify areas for continuous improvement and develop appropriate solutions that meet business needs; and
• Approachable with a genuine commitment to quality customer service.
