About the role


The Executive Project Assistant provides support for the development, implementation and evaluation of projects to the Executive General Manager Operations Logistics and Performance in order to meet organisational objectives and deliverables. Key to the role is providing high-quality, confidential, administrative and project management support.

About You


To be successful in this role you will have significant experience in a similar role with the ability to manage competing demands and multiple projects while maintaining quality.

You will skilfully maintain effective working relationships with key culturally diverse stakeholders at all levels to ensure the smooth and timely delivery of business priorities. You will be:

Capable of analysing data and presenting it in graphical form and/or summarising for specific audiences/reports;
Proficient in Word, Excel, Outlook, and PowerPoint at an intermediate to advanced level;
Resourceful and use your initiative to identify tasks and priorities;
Able to identify areas for continuous improvement and develop appropriate solutions that meet business needs; and
Approachable with a genuine commitment to quality customer service.
