About this Role


This is a high-profile role and the first point of contact for the office of the CE.

The Executive Officer provides high-level, confidential, executive and administrative services and project support to Chief Executive, Board Chair and the Executive General Manager Legal & Risk, General Counsel & Company Secretary. The EO conducts strategy, policy and project research and prepares and facilitates CE communications.

About You


You will have 5+ years’ experience providing executive services at a high level coupled with demonstrated experience in the planning, coordination and management of projects and meetings. Paralegal experience will be highly regarded.

You are an astute communicator, diplomatic and professional, you naturally foster trust.

A multi-tasker with a natural ability to reset priorities, you pride yourself on attention to detail, meeting deadlines and your ability to deal with complex and sensitive matters.

You will skillfully maintain effective working relationships with key stakeholders at all levels to ensure the smooth and timely delivery of business priorities. Responsibilities include:

Preparing and organising Board and Board Sub-committee reports
Support to the Executive Leadership Team (ELT) in the preparation of meetings, agendas, minutes and reports
Maintenance of registers and information in our electronic Board portal
Diary management and travel coordination
Project Management and Research to assist in facilitating delivery of CE and EMG L&R objectives
