About the Opportunity


Reporting to the Executive General Manager, Medical and Retrieval Services, the new role of Executive Project Assistant Medical and Retrieval Services will provide high-quality, confidential, administrative support to the Medical and Retrieval team of doctors and nurses.

Responsibilities include:


Planning, scheduling, and minute taking for department leadership meetings
Acting as business data liaison by collating and disseminating clinical key performance indicator reports
recruitment liaison with People and Culture to ensure the medical workforce is supported and set up for success
Preparing monthly reconciliation statements and monitoring credit card expenditure
Ensuring operational, governance and strategic reporting deadlines are met
Diary management and meeting, travel, and accommodation coordination

About You

To be successful in this role you will have excellent communication skills, along with significant experience in a similar role with the ability to manage competing demands and multiple projects while maintaining quality. You will evidence data (including financial) analysis, a continuous improvement focus along with excellent report writing skills.

You will have advanced knowledge and demonstrated proficiency in contemporary computer software applications, including Microsoft Office, email and calendar applications (such as Outlook) and internet applications.

Qualifications in Business, Administration or a related discipline are desirable along with experience in the Health Services industry.
