Reporting to the EGM People and Culture we have an exciting opportunity for an experienced Diversity and Inclusion Partner to join our P&C team as we strive towards creating a more culturally safe and inclusive environment for our employees, our patients, and our tourist centre visitors. The Diversity and Inclusion Partner will provide expert advice and take ownership of key projects including the smooth implementation of the RFDS National Reconciliation Action Plan (RAP) across Central Operations SA/NT.

About You


You are passionate about and committed to Reconciliation and Closing the Gap.
You have a strong understanding of Aboriginal and Torres Strait Island community and cultural beliefs and have experience working with rural and remote communities.

An astute communicator, with outstanding interpersonal skills, you will build strong connections and work collaboratively with our diverse teams across our vast region. With strong research and data analysis skills your evidence-based approach will enable you to be the champion of our RAP as we move forward into this exciting new phase. We are specifically seeking applications from Aboriginal and Torres Strait Islander people for this role.

The role will require rural and remote travel, and you can choose which of our bases will work best for you to base yourself from- Adelaide, Alice Springs, Darwin or Port Augusta.
