About the Opportunity
Reporting to the Fundraising Manager, the Digital Marketing Specialist (DMS) is responsible for the development and delivery of effective marketing campaigns that achieve organisational and departmental goals in the key areas of brand awareness, fundraising development and supporter engagement. The departmental expert in all aspects of digital and social media, the DMS will manage the development, execution, measurement and reporting of a ‘living’ digital marketing strategy that builds brand awareness (and positioning) and provides meaningful engagement and brand loyalty with new and existing supporters and workforce.
About You
You will possess a track record in digital marketing, having successfully developed, planned and managed publications, social media and web content. Your superior writing/editing and communication skills will enable you to maximise digital marketing opportunities to support income generation and donor development goals and objectives. You will be a confident self-motivated professional with strong interpersonal skills and a can-do attitude towards challenging deadlines.
