About this Role


An exciting opportunity now exists to join our team of dedicated marketing and fundraising professionals. Working in a rewarding environment, this role is instrumental in managing our donor database, encompassing fundraising administration and database management for all our donor and fundraising programs in South Australia and Northern Territory.

Demonstrated experience in managing and maintaining CRM databases, including segmentation and campaign reporting, is essential. With proficient data entry skills, strong attention to detail and experience in financial payment processing systems.

Experience in ThankQ CRM software or Raiser’s Edge NXT will be highly regarded.

You are a self-motivated, outgoing person with the ability to work independently, as well as part of a small dynamic team. The right person will also actively demonstrate and reinforce our values, and enjoy working collaboratively with other professionals in providing a high quality donor experience.
